DeRucci provides the original purchaser of its products a guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials, as well as guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty commences from the date of your original Tax Invoice. DeRUCCI Living Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 90 689 064 837).
The following schedule sets out the warranty periods for all DeRUCCI products sold through our Perth showroom:

DeRUCCI's warranty against defects covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. Coverage applies to products purchased in Australia and used for normal domestic purposes only.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a defect caused by faulty workmanship or materials appears during the warranty period, DeRUCCI or a designated third-party appointed by DeRUCCI may perform an in-home inspection to determine if a manufacturing fault exists.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, this warranty does not cover:
For better presentation and prevention of stain penetration, a resin film coating is used on marble (natural or artificial) tops. However, this surface is soft and can scratch easily. We recommend using a table mat or considering a lamination service from our partnered third-party provider. Please speak with our showroom team for details.
Natural marble products will display variations in background colour, veining distribution, veining pattern and overall appearance. These differences are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Timber used in DeRUCCI products is a natural material that may show distinctive markings, uneven edges, splits, patches and colour variations. Such characteristics are natural and not considered defects.
The purchaser must bear the expense of making the claim and all related costs (freight, house calls, labour) at standard DeRUCCI rates unless otherwise required by law. If DeRUCCI determines a manufacturing defect exists, DeRUCCI will elect whether to repair or replace the product or part.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To make a claim under consumer guarantees, you must notify DeRUCCI in writing within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order number, delivery date and reasonable details of the issue. DeRUCCI or its appointed third party may conduct an inspection to assess whether a manufacturing fault exists.

You must take reasonable care of your product to ensure its longevity and maintain its condition. Failure to properly care for your product, including general use, exposure to sunlight, cleaning of leather or fabric upholstery, and maintenance of timber, marble, glass or chrome finishes, may result in damage and void the warranty.
