Where is the DeRUCCI Perth showroom?
Our showroom is located at 3/2 Stockdale Road, O'Connor WA 6163. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm, and Sunday 11:00am–5:00pm.
Do I need to book an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, booking a free consultation ensures you have a dedicated consultant available to guide you through our full range, discuss your sleep preferences, and demonstrate our AI mattress technology without interruption.
Can I try the T11+ AI Mattress in the showroom?
Yes. Our showroom has the T11+ and T11 SE on full display with live demonstration of the Tidal Algorithm 2.0 and SleepCare app integration. We strongly encourage experiencing the technology before purchasing.
Is DeRUCCI furniture available to purchase online?
We encourage all customers to visit our showroom to experience the quality of our products in person before purchasing. For those unable to visit, please contact us to arrange a personalised consultation and purchase by phone or email.
Do you have products outside of what's shown on the website?
Our website showcases a curated selection. Our showroom carries an extended range of bedroom furniture, living room pieces, dining furniture, and accessories. Visit us to see the full collection.
Does DeRUCCI have stores outside of Perth?

Yes. DeRUCCI has showrooms across Australia. DeRUCCI Perth is an independently operated showroom serving Western Australia. For interstate enquiries, please contact the relevant location directly.

Delivery & Logistics.

How long does delivery take?
Perth metro deliveries are typically completed within 7–14 business days. Regional WA deliveries may take 14–21 business days depending on your location. Our team will contact you to confirm a delivery window once your order is ready.
What is White Glove delivery?
Our White Glove delivery service includes professional two-person delivery, full assembly of your furniture in your chosen room, removal of all packaging, and a basic setup inspection. This is included at no extra cost on qualifying orders.
Do you deliver to regional Western Australia?
Yes. We deliver across Western Australia including regional areas. Delivery fees and timeframes for regional locations vary; please contact us for a quote specific to your postcode.
Can I collect my order from the showroom?
Click-and-collect is available for select smaller items such as pillows and accessories. Large furniture and mattress items require our professional delivery service to ensure safe transport and correct setup.

Warranty & Returns.

What warranty do DeRUCCI products carry?
The T11+ and T11 SE AI Mattresses both carry a 10-year structural warranty. The Serene Plus BOS1-002 adjustable base carries a 5-year warranty. Other furniture pieces carry a 1–3 year warranty depending on the product. All warranties cover manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
Can I return a mattress if I change my mind?
For hygiene reasons, mattresses and pillows cannot be returned due to change of mind once the original packaging has been opened. We strongly encourage visiting our showroom to trial products before purchasing. Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty and Australian Consumer Law.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us at our O'Connor showroom with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. For structural or manufacturing defects, we will arrange an inspection and resolution, repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Finance Questions.

What finance options are available?
We offer interest-free finance through humm (up to $2,000) and extended payment plans through humm90 (up to $30,000). Finance is available in-store at our Perth showroom. See our Finance Options page for full details.
Is finance approval instant?
humm applications are processed quickly; most receive a decision within minutes. You will need a valid Australian ID, your mobile number, and bank account details. humm90 may require additional documentation.
