11. In-Store Purchase Terms

The following terms apply to all in-store purchases made at DeRUCCI Perth. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Order Confirmation & Deposit

• A written purchase order and/or deposit serves as confirmation of your order and binds you to DeRUCCI Terms & Conditions
• Title to goods remains with DeRUCCI until full payment is received
• A minimum deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required at the time of purchase
• Once a deposit is received, a binding contract is formed
• DeRUCCI reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit if the customer cancels the order; the retention amount may vary depending on costs incurred

Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay and direct deposit
• All payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge of 1.1% (inclusive of GST); debit card payments in-store are surcharge-free
• Card payments and financing are available in-showroom only
• By placing an order, you authorise DeRUCCI to debit the payable amount using your nominated payment method

Cancellations & Change of Mind

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the date of order for a full refund
• After 24 hours, cancellations are only permitted at DeRUCCI's absolute discretion; if accepted, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total purchase price will apply and be deducted from any payments made
• Custom-made or special orders cannot be cancelled or varied after 24 hours from the date of order, unless required by law
• Clearance or display items are sold as-is and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable
• These terms do not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Pricing & Product Information

• All product prices are quoted inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation of order
• Product specifications are subject to change without prior notice; dimensions are approximate only and may vary slightly
• Natural products (leather, marble, timber) may show colour and texture variations between batches; these are natural characteristics and not considered defects
• We strongly recommend viewing a physical sample in-store prior to placing an order

Gift Cards & Credit Notes

• Complimentary gift cards issued by DeRUCCI as a goodwill gesture are valid for one year from the date of issuance
• Credit notes issued as a result of a customer order (e.g. cancellation, exchange, or store credit) are valid for one year from the date of issuance
• Gift vouchers purchased by a customer for a third party are converted into a credit note and are valid for three years from the date of purchase
