DeRUCCI offers a three-tier service structure. For the first 365 days from delivery, any quality issue results in defective parts replaced with new ones at no charge, or if the issue cannot be resolved by part replacement, an entirely new product is supplied free. Within 3 years, DeRUCCI provides free repair services for any quality-related issue with no cost to the customer. For the full 10 years from delivery, repair services are available where the customer pays for parts and logistics only, all labour is permanently free.
Yes. The Serene Plus BOS1-002 is engineered to work smoothly with both the T11+ and T11 SE. When paired, the base's head and foot angle adjustments communicate with the mattress AI system to recalibrate zone support in each position, creating a fully integrated sleep environment with 7 preset modes including Zero-Gravity, Anti-Snore and Lounge.
Yes, it is completely safe. The control hub is CE certified and operates at 2.4GHz with a maximum transmission power of 70mW, comparable to a standard home Wi-Fi router. This is low-power, non-ionising radiation that poses no risk to human health. Internally, the system runs on a 24V DC circuit, well below the 36V human safety threshold. The mattress surface is non-live, with insulating materials throughout. Even if the mattress gets wet, the internal converter steps voltage down to 5V DC, well below any risk of shock.
The T11+ is rated at 20W and uses approximately 0.3 kWh per day under typical 8-hour use, around 10 kWh per month. This is comparable to leaving a small LED lamp on overnight. The T11 SE is also rated at 20W with the same consumption profile.
If the mattress is disconnected from power, smart adjustment functions are temporarily unavailable. However, the mattress retains its last comfort setting for up to one week without power, so it still functions as a supportive mattress during any outage. Once power is restored, the AI system resumes automatically.
An initial Wi-Fi setup is required (2.4GHz only, the device does not support 5GHz). After setup, the mattress adjusts automatically offline. However, sleep report generation, AI algorithm updates and manual app control all require an active network connection. The router should ideally be within 10 metres of the mattress, or 5 metres through walls. A mobile hotspot also works if your home signal is weak.
The T11+ monitors heart rate at 97% accuracy and breathing rate at 93% accuracy, approaching medical-grade precision. It uses non-contact detection technology, meaning no wearable device is required. Sleep reports are generated automatically after at least 3 hours in bed and 2 hours of actual sleep, and are available in the DeRUCCI AI app every morning after 10am. The system has been tested by over 1 million users globally.
All sleep data is stored in the cloud using bank-level encryption. Your data is used solely to optimise your personal sleep programme and is visible only to you and any family members you explicitly choose to share it with. You can disable data collection or permanently delete all historical records at any time within the DeRUCCI AI app. No data is sold to third parties.
The hip zone delivers what DeRUCCI calls hip-care comfort, a balance of firm support and gentle cradling that relieves pressure without sacrificing spinal alignment. Leg zone elevation promotes blood circulation and can help prevent varicose veins developing over time. Users experience 7 to 8 fewer tossing-and-turning episodes per night on average.
