DeRUCCI Perth does not offer standard courier delivery. Every product is delivered via our White Glove Delivery service, a premium, fully managed experience handled by trained DeRUCCI delivery specialists. This is not an optional upgrade; it is the only delivery method we offer, and it is included as standard on all purchases.
Delivery to your home by a two-person trained team. Includes placement in your chosen room, full assembly, removal of all packaging, and basic positioning guidance. Delivery costs are confirmed at the time of purchase.
We can arrange delivery to regional Western Australia locations on request. Extended timeframes will apply. Please contact our showroom team or speak with us in-store for details specific to your location.

The estimated lead time from order placement to delivery is typically 12–18 weeks. A more specific timeframe will be confirmed at the time of purchase. All timeframes are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delays and will contact you to reschedule if necessary.
Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time window. Delivery is available Monday to Friday only. DeRucci does not deliver on weekends.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is at the premises to accept delivery and that DeRUCCI has the correct contact phone number of the person accepting delivery on the day. Any issues on the day of delivery could result in additional fees or require items to be redelivered on another day, which will incur additional delivery fees.
You are responsible for confirming that your furniture can be delivered through a normal delivery process, including through doorways, stairwells, corridors and lifts. Please complete a Customer Delivery Access Form, available in our showroom, prior to delivery to confirm access details for your premises.
If access issues prevent delivery on the scheduled date, a re-delivery fee may apply. We recommend discussing any potential access challenges with our showroom team before completing your purchase.
Delivery fees cover delivery, assembly and removal of all DeRUCCI product packaging (cardboard and plastic). Our team will remove and dispose of all packaging materials as part of every delivery.
Please note that our delivery team does not remove or relocate existing customer furniture. Customers should ensure the delivery area is cleared prior to the scheduled delivery time.
Ceiling lamp delivery does not include installation. Decor items (wall art, ornaments) do not include installation or wall mounting. Carpet and rug delivery does not include in-room placement.
At the time of delivery, please inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery confirmation. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, note it on the delivery documentation and contact us within 24 hours with photographs. Damage reported after this window may not be eligible for a remedy under our delivery guarantee, though your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
A 5-year Accidental Damage Warranty is available as an optional add-on for eligible products. This must be purchased at least 3 days before delivery and cannot be added on the day of delivery or after your furniture has been delivered. Please ask our showroom team for details.
A protective lamination service is available for marble-top products through our partnered third-party provider. This is a one-off service not covered by our regular product terms and conditions. Minor imperfections such as small air bubbles are within normal quality standards and not considered defects. For damage not caused by human factors, the lamination film carries a one-year warranty. The installation team is separate from the delivery team and travel costs are charged separately. Please speak with our showroom team for details.
