How long does delivery take?

Perth metro deliveries are typically completed within 7–14 business days. Regional WA deliveries may take 14–21 business days. Our White Glove delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

What is the DeRUCCI warranty?

The T11+ and T11 SE AI Mattresses carry a 10-year structural warranty. The Serene Plus BOS1-002 base carries a 5-year warranty. All warranties cover manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
