At DeRucci Perth, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind
As our products are premium furniture and mattress items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage all customers to visit our showroom at 3/2 Stockdale Road, O'Connor WA 6163 to view and try products before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at or call (08) 9331 1262. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Custom and Special Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty
All DeRucci mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to your product documentation or contact us for warranty details specific to your purchase.
